While a few things have changed over the past three years - including our name and the focus of our blog - one thing has very much remained the same: our time is of the essence. We still find ourselves running from yoga class to work to happy hour. Arguably, we have gotten busier. If it weren't for the scheduled breathing that takes place in said yoga classes, we would probably be struggling to find the time for those ujjayi breaths.
ICYMI - Vital Proteins has changed the game. They understand how much we value our health AND our to-do lists. We love that we can add collagen peptides to EVERYTHING. In case you need a refresher on why we are huge fans of this essential protein - a daily dose of collagen provides:
Visibly reduced cellulite / stretch marks
Tendon & bone strength
Increased muscle mass & energy output
Haven't had the chance to try it yet? Don't worry, we made it easy for ya to buy it. Right now. (Click the pretty product above).
The other evening I was faced with the tough decision of going out or staying in - and I ultimately ended up turning way UP for Minimalist Baker's Coconut and Chocolate Chip Cookies. This recipe has been in my life for a while now, and it is my absolute favorite cookie. They're easy to make, and (especially if your pantry is anything like mine) you probably already have all the ingredients. These cookies are nutty, chocolatey, and the perfect crowd-pleaser.
The best part, I added in a few scoops of Vital Proteins to make sure I was covering all my bases - a yummy, low-carb treat packed with collagen? YAS PLEASE!
