Staying Aligned in the New Year

New Year’s reflections - I am a huge fan. As 2018 comes to an end, I have spent some time reflecting on the great times, the I-could-have-done-without-that-but-thanks experiences, the straight up ugly crying moments, and all of the beautiful lessons learned along the way.  Charles Dickens summed up this year so eloquently -- “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair.” I think it is safe to say that 2018 had a lot of ups and downs for all of us, but we made it.

Thank God For [Mask] Monday

Let's be real. While its purpose is undeniably amazing, the reality of having a #SelfCareSunday every week just isn't in the cards for me. With only two days in a weekend, I'm having trouble fitting it all in.
